Litigation
Litigation can be a confusing, expensive, unpredictable, and time-consuming process. In many disputes, the parties involved are able to settle the matter before looking to the courts for assistance. However, in the event that your dispute cannot be resolved through an informal settlement, the assistance of an attorney to guide you through the process and to serve as an advocate for you or your business is critical to your success. Crumpton Law represents businesses and individuals in all levels of Ohio courts, including small claims, common pleas, appellate, Ohio Supreme Court, and federal court.
